Management and Leadership course and provider search for Scotland The SfBn has now developed a major evidence base from SSAs and acting on the management and leadership content of this evidence, our goal is to improve the capability and effectiveness of managers and leaders in Scotland by helping them develop world class management skills; thereby reaping the benefits of significantly improved national productivity. Skills Active in partnership with learndirect Scotland (part of the new skills body Skills Development Scotland from 1st April 2008) led a project to research and develop a database of management and leadership learning providers and programmes (many of which are quality assured).
