ALfL Projects we know about . . .

We are currently identifying action learning programmes available in the marketplace that broadly fit with the good practice guidelines that we distilled from our pilot project on Action Learning for Leaders.

Some of these are sector specific, some more generic cross sector. Many of them are available for SSCs to to signpost to their employees. Often they are completely or partially funded and therefore represent attractive options for small business owner managers.

We are working with several organisations to make more programmes available and seeking to unlock funding so that the programmes will be significantly subsidised.
