M&L Strategic Forum - 19 June 2007

Dear Colleagues

Steve StuddI’m pleased to tell you that SkillsActive will continue to lead the Network’s all-sector management and leadership programme in 2007/8.

With your help over the last few months we have developed a strategy and action plan. This aims to help us all become ‘Leitch ready’ and roll out Sector Skills Agreement based management and leadership development plans for our sectors.

We will continue our Management and Leadership Forum meetings to outline plans and solicit your input.   The next meeting will be Tuesday 19th June at Skills for Health in Bristol, with timings provisionally agreed as 12 noon to 2.30pm.

The agenda is on the right.

Who should come to this meeting?

If you have a key interest / responsibility within your SSC for developing and deploying management and leadership development plans then please do attend.

Please reply to Kim Harman to advise us of attendance by Friday 18 th May.  Full details and papers will follow.

With thanks and regards,

Stephen Studd
