Note 1: Lantra have developed a new support tool for SME’s.  Based on the SFEDI enterprise NOS, this tool enables Owner/managers to identify areas of weakness in their own management skills in a non-threatening way.  Automatic gap analysis then creates a personal development plan and a list of those training opportunities most likely to fulfil their development needs.  This tool is the perfect partner for the Inspirational Leadership work, and will be made available to all SSCs at no cost.

Derek will be introducing the tool and looking for willing SSC partners to pilot the tool and to find ways of attracting additional funds for further management development in each participating sector.
