Dear Colleagues
At this first meeting of the new fiscal year we will discuss a draft new M&L plan. Briefly, we are proposing that the revised programme will build on the best of the work done by the central team over the last 5 years but at a reduced cost and with SSCs taking more individual ownership on behalf of the network. Given the reduced resources available, it will focus more tightly on a limited number of strategic areas and aim to deliver high quality outputs and an enhanced network reputation. The meeting will be on Weds 16 June 2010 at SkillsActive's offices in London. The agenda is on the right. Who should come to this meeting? If you have a key interest / responsibility within your SSC for developing and deploying management and leadership development plans then please do attend.
